Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
- Household income must equal at least 2.66x the annual rent value
- We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record such as CCJ’s
- Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation
- All documentation must be provided within 48 hours of making a reservation
- To confirm the reservation, a payment equal to one week's rent will be due on the day of application as a holding commitment.
*By continuing your application, you agree to the rental criteria above and understand that the holding commitment is non-refundable. If your application is accepted, the holding commitment fee will be offset against your first month's rent.
